We are seeking an experienced Financial Partnership Manager to drive the growth and performance of complex financial institution partnerships.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and exceptional customer success mindset to deliver tailored solutions to assigned partners, leveraging our unique value proposition.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary relationship owner, building trust-based relationships with financial institution partners, facilitating regular engagement, and implementing partner-facing programs.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships, build strategic relationships, and contribute to expanding our reach in the financial services ecosystem.
  • Monitor partner performance, prepare regular reports, and track fund utilization to ensure alignment with grant conditions and donor reporting needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on strategic account management, insights, and advisory support to strengthen business decision-making and program outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, minimum 7 years' experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking, preferably with exposure to water, sanitation, or housing loan portfolios.

Strong skills in customer focus, optimizing work processes, effective communication, valuing differences, and nimble learning.
