Job Title: Senior Manager-Placement

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our placement initiatives. This role will involve establishing strategic partnerships with employers and organizations across India.

  • Develop and execute plans to identify and establish placement opportunities, leveraging corporate tie-ups and relationships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with employers and funders, fostering collaboration and sponsorship for hiring and skill development programs.
  • Support local center teams in sourcing city-based and outstation job opportunities, ensuring alignment with market needs and student readiness.
  • Organize and coordinate placement-related activities, such as industry talks, visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions.
  • Compile and maintain placement data and reports, adhering to audit norms and standards.
  • Lead and manage the placement team to achieve high performance and targets, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to align student readiness with market demands.
  • Negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with employers for hiring or CSR partnerships, solidifying long-term collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong corporate relations and networks.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills, with a talent for distilling complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of CRM/ATS systems an asset.
