Job Title: Director of Digital Commerce

In this role, you will oversee the entire e-commerce operation for our company.

About the Role:
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across various channels.
  • Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory to ensure minimal stock-outs and optimal aging stock levels.
  • Define product-market fit and create new-product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with research and development to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensory preferences.
  • Orchestrate 360-degree marketing efforts and allocate budgets for maximum return on ad spend.
  • Establish data pipelines and dashboards to track key performance indicators in real-time.
  • Negotiate with third-party logistics providers, payment partners, and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and service level agreements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams.
  • Champion customer obsession by mining voice-of-customer insights to inform product updates and customer experience enhancements.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with wellness chains, tourism boards, and Ayurvedic clinics to amplify reach.
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims and GDPR-like mandates.
  • Presentation of business reviews to global leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets.
  • A/B testing on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.
  • Setup disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads, and key seller accounts.
  • Benchmark competition to deliver actionable intelligence on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity.
