Job Summary:

  • Promote strategic partnerships and collaborations for multinational corporations by managing mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Support clients throughout the business lifecycle with comprehensive quantitative analysis and effective structuring strategies to achieve commercial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative tax structuring options for multinational clients.
  2. Evaluate India inbound structuring opportunities.
  3. Manage end-to-end regulatory compliance processes for acquisitions, coordinating mergers and consolidations across India.
  4. Plan tax due diligence work and advise clients on negotiating transaction terms and documents based on findings.
  5. Design practical approaches to resolving tax issues in structuring assignments and conduct comprehensive reviews of business operations to identify tax planning opportunities and compliance gaps.
  6. Support Partner/ Principal in tax planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner.
  7. Build client relationships and maintain a high-quality professional network.
  8. Identify new business opportunities in existing clients and establish credibility through high-quality solutions.
  9. Understand the tax compliance landscape and devise ways to leverage technology for enhanced compliance efficiency.

  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display familiarity with tax laws and regulations in India.
  • Show capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
