Job Description

A leading media organization seeks a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our network of partners. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients through research and outreach, creating compelling proposals, and influencing decision-makers at all levels of an organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include sales revenue growth, successful event execution, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can contribute to our company's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-8 years of experience in event sales, expo space selling, conference sales, or sponsorship sales
  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Industry experience in events, media, or advertising
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and PPT presentations
