Job Title:

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating and closing deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of assigned territories and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups.
  • Liaison with the operations team to resolve any client issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, launches, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Retain existing customers by providing excellent post-sales support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and sales funnels.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in corporate sales and customer account management is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and ability to analyze data.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
