Strategic Financial Partnerships Lead

As a Strategic Financial Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for forging and maintaining alliances with key financial partners to drive growth in working capital finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintech firms, and other financial institutions to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new partners, expanding the existing network of partnerships.
- Cultivate long-term collaborations with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners in the working capital finance space.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of working capital finance products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
