Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our outreach and collaborations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive outreach strategies to engage target audiences, identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and plan and implement outreach campaigns using various channels.

You will collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities, and seek opportunities for cross-promotion and mutually beneficial collaborations with other organizations. You will also develop and execute promotional campaigns to raise awareness about our programs, services, and initiatives, create compelling content for promotional materials, and monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Plan and implement outreach campaigns using various channels.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for promotional materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate relations, community engagement, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
