Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business by identifying and acquiring new customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure timely loan sanctions and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Generate leads and meet with potential customers to acquire new business.
  • Due Diligence: Perform necessary KYC, customer validation, and market inquiries. Verify references and conduct unit and security visits.
  • Loan Processing: Collect and verify required documents, review financials and bank statements, and initiate the loan application process.
  • Coordination: Coordinate internally to obtain loan sanctions and issue sanction letters. Work with panel advocates and engineers for title opinions and property valuations.
  • Execution & Disbursement: Create and execute necessary documents (e.g., MOD, filing ROC, CERSAI). Ensure the creation of limits in core banking and the timely disbursal of sanctioned limits.
  • Account Monitoring: Continuously monitor the account on an ongoing basis until the next renewal.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the overall achievement of individual targets.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a cordial relationship with the branch for leads and client servicing.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong Skills: Strong skills in performing due diligence, KYC, and document verification.
  • Experience: Experience in processing and disbursing working capital loans.
  • Ability: Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of financial documents and legal requirements.
  • Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving individual targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
