Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new brand and merchant partners for Target Plus.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales pipelines to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize partnership opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations, digital applications, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales operations experience and ability to think strategically.
