Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and nurture collaborations with premier Indian and international universities, as well as large recruitment firms. The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-value partnerships, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the education and recruitment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with top-tier Indian and global universities.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaboration frameworks.

- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership initiatives into organisational goals.

- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Stay updated on trends and opportunities within the higher education and recruitment industries.

- Develop and maintain relationships with leading recruiters and recruitment agencies worldwide.

- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and networking events to build brand presence and explore new partnership avenues.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective partners.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.

- Proven track record of establishing and managing partnerships with universities and recruiters internationally.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Experience working in education technology, recruitment, or similar sectors is a plus.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
