Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen domestic partnerships in Central India. As a key member of the partnerships team, you will represent the company in external meetings, secure proposals, negotiate terms, and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets.

This role requires frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
