The successful candidate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers. This role is responsible for ensuring income delivery through effective execution of partnerships in the Retail Segment.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Execute partnerships to achieve income delivery, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
  • Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business with partners.
  • Ensure the health of business from partners and timely business settlements.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, make informed decisions, and possess analytical skills.
  • Deliver Central Office - Channel Management results.
  • Handle channel management facets of business effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Accountable for control function interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  • Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets through various initiatives.
  • Create and review engagement platforms to ensure budget delivery.
  • Bridge between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:

  • Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
  • Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
