Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Growth Manager to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the design team in building scalable funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the design team on pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
  • Support in designing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Marketing in the IT or software industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and other relevant technologies
  • Familiarity with sales enablement strategies and tactics
