This leadership role combines sales, account management, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.
- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive client acquisition strategy, identifying and targeting prospective clients, and building strong relationships with enterprise, mid-market, and fast-growth companies.
Additionally, the Business Head/Sales Head will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.
- Conducting cold calls, networking, and client visits to generate leads and build a pipeline.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry, including at least 4-8 years in a senior managerial role.
- A proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.

They will also be proficient in CRM and MS Office applications. The successful candidate will take complete ownership of their deliveries and maintain cordial relationships with people while meeting expectations.
