Market Development Lead

  • The primary focus of this role is to expand the customer base and enhance brand visibility through strategic partnerships.
  • This involves strengthening relationships with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders to drive market growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation through network expansion and meet consistent sales targets.
  • Architect & Contractor Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and establish long-term connections.
  • Site Visits & Funnel Development: Generate and track leads from site visits, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
  • Funnel Value Tracking: Monitor the pipeline to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
  • Market Development Initiatives: Organize industry events to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Corrective Action Implementation: Address underperforming partners or products in alignment with business objectives.
  • Influencer Connect: Drive increased participation in key influencer programs to enhance brand reach.
  • Activity Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on market performance and progress.
  • Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and share relevant insights about the assigned market to inform business decisions.
  • Execution & Monitoring of Market Activities: Work closely with RSM/ASM to ensure effective implementation of strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
