- Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Understand client needs deeply and craft personalized proposals that address their unique challenges.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate agreements that are mutually beneficial and ensure a long-lasting partnership.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within L&D or team-building sectors.
