Revenue Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations professional to accelerate growth by shaping go-to-market strategies, analyzing client segments, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

  • Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
  • Leads market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
  • Owns revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Drives strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
  • Champions CRM discipline and optimizes adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Identifies and leads initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
  • Delivers actionable insights and recommendations for leadership reviews to influence growth priorities and cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred.
