Revenue Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in dynamic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based vacation rental properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Data Analysis and Pricing Strategies: Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs, and other dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Occupancy Trends and Market Dynamics: Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Market Indicators and Competitor Performance: Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
