Job Title: Financial Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team in the Record to Report department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data from diverse sectors and systematically controlling and logging financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process journal entries and accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data.
  • Maintain and update hierarchies in the general ledger and manage cost centers.
  • Record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
  • Prepare financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
  • Monitor and track periodic revenue and expenses.

Additional Requirements:

  • Perform Month End Close activities as per close calendar agreed with stakeholders.
  • Bank reconciliation Statement.
  • Prepare Cash flow statement.
  • Balance sheet review and reconciliation.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company process and ensure variations are within threshold limits.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and rotations.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10 + 2 + 3).
  • Non-technical graduation in any stream - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred).
