Job Title: Senior Partnership Account Manager – Financial Institutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • We build and maintain trust-based, strategic relationships with financial institution partners that align with their goals and our mission.
  • We facilitate regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams to ensure clear communication, mutual accountability, and ongoing alignment with partnership objectives.
  • We lead the implementation of partner-facing programs, including onboarding, capacity building, product design, marketing support, and impact tracking.
  • We provide technical guidance and advisory support to partners on inclusive financial products and delivery models that target low-income households for water and sanitation access or similar impact areas.
  • We ensure timely and effective issue resolution, performance monitoring, and adaptive management of partnership activities.
  • We maintain high-quality data on partner activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates in internal systems and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team;
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking;
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi or other regional language preferred;
