Brand Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Brand Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting brands with unique influencer marketing opportunities, crafting strategies, and creating lasting partnerships.

  • You will lead generation & research by identifying and researching potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach. Execute lead generation programs with a focus on quality conversions.
  • Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful. Engage clients through cold calls and in-person meetings, discussing campaign execution.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Track and report on outreach, conversations, and lead progression, staying on top of every opportunity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights for improving business operations and client relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Freshers with the hunger for growth and right networking skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to brand needs quickly.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to thrive in a competitive and fast-evolving environment.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and balance client expectations with precision.
