We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Partner to foster and grow our relationships with key enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and own relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients.
  • Tailored Solutions: Deliver tailored solutions by understanding client strategies, challenges, and technical environments.
  • Onboarding and Strategic Planning: Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong internal relationships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to represent the client's interests.
  • Executive-Level Discussions: Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and market expertise.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, while translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zoho, and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; an MBA is advantageous.
