Job Overview:
As a Banking Alliance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to enhance the business capabilities of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify Potential Partners: Research and analyze potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
- Evaluate Business Objectives Alignment: Assess the alignment of partner banks' and financial institutions' business objectives with those of our company, identifying risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
- Develop Relationships: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, ensuring regular communication, clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
- Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our strategic objectives, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
- Drive Growth and New Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities, tracking and reporting progress and assessing the impact of each alliance.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and make informed decisions.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Work Experience: 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, preferably with Banks, Payment Networks, Payment Aggregators, Fintech companies, or Mobile and Consumer Durable OEM companies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Ambiguous Environment Thriving: Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- Banking Network: Individual with network in the banking and NBFC space.
- Team Player: High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Technical Conversation: Able to engage in technical conversation with the bank to understand their requirements.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
