Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales with reputed developers, brokerage firms, or property investment firms.">
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-value real estate transactions.">
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and performance management skills.">
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.">
  • Experience working with HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and channel partners.">
  • Deep market knowledge of Indore's real estate landscape.">
