Job Overview:

This role involves managing the distribution and visibility of products in a designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal product placement and availability across the assigned region.
  • Effectively manage customer interactions, address grievances promptly, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Identify, appoint, and oversee Company Distributors (CD) and Super Stockists (SS).
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to determine fund requirements and drive business growth.
  • Establish clear targets and implement strategic plans for CD/ID-wise performance.
  • Manage stock allocation and facilitate billing processes on a CD-wise basis.
  • Collect and provide actionable market intelligence, ensuring accurate reporting and competitor feedback.
  • Discover new business opportunities to propel overall business expansion and maintain market share.
  • Develop and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies within the assigned area.
  • Guarantee effective implementation of consumer-related promotional activities.
