Government Sales and Account Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Quicket Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies.

Quicket Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of cloud-based workflow automation, analytics, and payments platform for the public sector. Our SaaS-based offerings reduce manual data entry, enable real-time sharing, automate services for residents, and eliminate costs associated with managing server infrastructure.
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience in government sector sales, tendering, direct sales, and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the government sector and sound knowledge of cloud technologies. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within government agencies.
- Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address the unique needs of government agencies.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure government contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in government sector sales, tendering, direct sales, and negotiation.
- Strong network of contacts within the government sector.
- Sound knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation
Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum. Bonus structure and stock options may apply.
