About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager at Quicket Solutions Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets in the government sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and tender contracts to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives to develop a deep understanding of the government sector landscape.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within government agencies.
- Understand client needs, assess requirements, and tailor our SaaS solutions to meet the specific challenges and goals of government clients.
- Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address the unique needs of government agencies.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure government contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in government sector sales, Tendering including government tender contract liaison, direct sales, and negotiation.
- Strong network of contacts within the government sector.
- Should have sound knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
- Willingness to travel as required pan India.
