About the Role

Ishan Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our government accounts team in North and East regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing government clients, driving revenue growth and increasing wallet share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads through proactive sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business plans that expand our customer base in assigned geographies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at government organizations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in government sector.
  • Excellent understanding of tendering processes, including PSU and GEM Portal.
  • Ability to assess competitors' weaknesses and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
