Government Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Government Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in India, specifically with state and central government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales to government agencies, with experience working with state police forces, central agencies, and other government organizations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth with government agencies. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, and overseeing all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, service delivery, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with government agencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, service delivery, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong understanding of the Indian government market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
