Customer Onboarding and Sales Professional

**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Onboarding and Sales Specialist. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through our onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless transition to our services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-first attitude.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement:
Initiate calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our mutual fund services.
Provide detailed information about our products and services, and address client queries and concerns.
2. **Onboarding Support:
Guide clients step-by-step to complete their onboarding formalities.
Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed efficiently.
3. **Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with clients who have not completed their onboarding.
Send reminders via emails or messages.
Identify and address reasons for delays in onboarding.
4. **Relationship Building:**
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all interactions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for sustained engagement.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences.
Provide feedback on common client issues to improve internal processes.
**Performance Metrics:**
To track and evaluate performance, the following KPIs will be monitored:
**Call Productivity: ** Number of calls made per day.
**Conversion Rate: ** Percentage of calls leading to successful onboarding.
**Follow-Up Efficiency: ** Rate of follow-ups resulting in action taken by the client.
**Documentation Accuracy: ** Percentage of error-free document submissions.
**Customer Satisfaction: ** Client feedback scores post-interaction.
**Time to Onboard: ** Average time taken to complete the onboarding process.
**Requirements:**
-Graduate/PG with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products (preferred).
Proficiency in using our Onboarding software and other related tools for which training will be provided.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Position Details:**
Full-Time Position.
Kanpur Location.
Salary Range: Rs 10,000 - 12,000 (fixed).
Incentive: Slab-wise incentive for per lead conversion successfully.
