We are seeking a seasoned Agriculture Sales Manager to join our team at Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the FMCG industry through effective sales strategies and exceptional negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing product categories to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fertilizer sales or category management at the zonal or national level and possess excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales or category management at the zonal/national level is required. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, with an MBA preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
