**Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Initiate calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our mutual fund services.
- Provide detailed information about our products, services, and the onboarding process.
- Address client queries, resolve concerns, and build trust.
- Onboarding Support:
- Guide clients step-by-step to complete their onboarding formalities.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed efficiently.
- Educate clients about the importance of KYC compliance.
- Follow-ups:
- Regularly follow up with clients who have not completed their onboarding.
- Send reminders via messages or emails.
- Identify and address reasons for delays in onboarding.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for sustained engagement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide feedback on common client issues to improve internal processes.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Record all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach, onboarding progress, and client feedback.
**Performance Metrics:
- Call Productivity: Number of calls made per day.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of calls leading to successful onboarding.
- Follow-Up Efficiency: Rate of follow-ups resulting in action taken by the client.
- Documentation Accuracy: Percentage of error-free document submissions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback scores post-interaction.
- Time to Onboard: Average time taken to complete the onboarding process.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products (preferred).
- Proficiency in using our Onboarding software and other related tools for which training will be provided.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
