Agriculture Sales Leader

At Staffing Solutions, we are looking to hire a seasoned Agriculture Sales Leader to join our team and drive growth in the agriculture segment.
Job Summary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing product categories and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth in the agriculture segment, focusing on fertilizers and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Management: Manage product categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs, while achieving sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements in existing offerings.
- Negotiation & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing, while managing vendor performance to meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales or category management at the zonal/national level.
