We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales operations. If you have 1-3 years of leadership experience in driving sales teams towards meeting and exceeding targets, we would like to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve team targets by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance performance and advance their skills.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team effectively.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, based on individual and team target achievement.
