Sales Performance Driver

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales operations. If you have 1-3 years of leadership experience in driving sales teams towards meeting and exceeding targets, we would like to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve team targets by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance performance and advance their skills.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team effectively.
- A competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, based on individual and team target achievement.
