Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Territory Manager to drive sales growth in the assigned region for Concrete Batching Plants and related accessories.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a key player in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales turnover and align with company objectives.
- Identify prospective customer segments and promote our clients' Batching Plants, increasing market share through concept selling.
- Conduct regular market visits to uncover customer needs and generate inquiries through various sales tools.
- Increase market coverage to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by offering suitable products.
- Finalize orders to achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and necessary forms to maintain financial health.
- Coordinate with Head Office for efficient order execution and customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor information to recommend tactics for building market share.
- Recommend sales strategies for all territories to improve market share and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Batching Plants, sales processes, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Salary and Employment Details:
- We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on experience.
- Full-time employment with a headcount of 1.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
- Hyderabad location with relocation assistance available.
- Mode of work: In-office.
