Senior Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our Emerging Markets Regional Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive overall and category sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Manage a team of Contract Sales Representatives in the assigned territory and drive business performance.
- Develop strong relationships with Key Customers and Decision Makers to defend existing business and drive new product adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing and scientific affairs teams to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback to supervisors on sales performance, competitive activities, and customer changes.
- Prepare and submit essential business reports and market information in CRM and other formats.
- Participate in training and educational workshops to enhance business and career growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitals and trade in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
