About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our Emerging Markets Regional Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive overall and category sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Manage a team of Contract Sales Representatives in the assigned territory and drive business performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with Key Customers and Decision Makers to defend existing business and drive new product adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing and scientific affairs teams to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Provide timely feedback to supervisors on sales performance, competitive activities, and customer changes.
  • Prepare and submit essential business reports and market information in CRM and other formats.
  • Participate in training and educational workshops to enhance business and career growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitals and trade in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
