Key Responsibilities:

a. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the assigned region, ensuring both primary and secondary order generation.

b. Monthly tracking of volume, territory sales, share, and other parameters will be a key aspect of this role.

c. Planning, negotiating, and aligning terms of trade with assigned distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and local hypermarkets effectively is crucial.

d. Achieving product/SKU-wise secondary targets as per agreed targets is essential.

e. Activation of new outlets for sales and increasing market coverage is a key objective.

f. Planning daily, weekly, and monthly visits to the territory and prior informing the ASM is necessary.

Reporting and Discipline:

Following organizational guidelines and sending reports to seniors on time is mandatory.

Additional Responsibilities:

Tracking new promotions in competing brands and accounts, actively managing wholesalers and retail shops, and willingness to extensive travel (more than 70%) in the territory and outside are essential.

Focus on Distribution and Display:

Focusing on all channels to achieve distribution and display objectives is critical.
