HORECA Territory Manager

Ninjacart, a pioneer in agritech, is seeking a skilled HORECA Territory Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire business PnL handling for assigned territories.
This includes driving sales, category, procurement and distribution strategies, owning volumes, revenue and PnL of the assigned territory, and expanding and scaling up the HORECA channel.
New account/customer acquisition and competition benchmarking are also key responsibilities, as well as continuous monitoring and improvement of Salesforce and ops efficiency.
Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including Category/Operations/Product/Analytics/Finance/HR teams.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
As a Ninja, you will be resilient, smart, and ambitious. You should have an MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Category/Sales & Distribution with mid-large size teams in FMCG Sector/Fresh business/early stage B2B start-ups with an established field sales structure.
Fluency in Telugu and English is required. Prior experience in handling 0 to 1 businesses is a plus.
