Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

Ace Beveragez Pvt is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager(Alcobev) to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular tastings and training sessions with hotel and restaurant staff to promote premium wine sales
- Craft and execute business plans to expand our presence in the market
- Collaborate with hotels and restaurants to provide expert advice on wine sales and promotions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of the Alcoholic Beverages industry, with experience in alcobev sales
- WSET certification or other relevant wine education programs
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, with a willingness to explore a career in wines
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as travel allowances and performance bonuses.
