About the Role:
Saint-Gobain India - Insulation Business is seeking a talented Assistant Manager - Sales & Specification to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering business results through a combination of specification, project working, and channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Maintaining and tracking data on industrial and building segment projects to convert them into business opportunities.
- Mapping and visiting consultants and architects to promote Saint-Gobain Insulation solutions.
- Providing technical presentations and support to customers to drive sales.
- Collaborating with system providers like drywall companies, roofing contractors, insulation contractors, and HVAC contractors to sell techno-commercially viable solutions.
- Developing and managing new channel partners to expand our customer base.
- Participating in market development activities such as trade shows and presentations to promote our products.
- Closely coordinating with supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
Requirements:
- BSc / BE / BTech graduate with 2-4 years of experience in any industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
