Regional Sales Territory Manager

RailYatri, a leading intercity mobility platform, seeks an experienced Sales and Operations Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operational execution.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed monthly ticket sales targets through effective relationship management with travel agents
- Onboard new agents and educate existing ones on RailYatri's B2B portal
- Operations Excellence
- Ensure timely boarding of passengers at designated points and guarantee the delivery of promised amenities on buses
- Maintain high service performance standards, including customer ratings, NPS, on-time arrivals and departures
- Foster strong relationships with bus operators and staff to resolve issues promptly
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
The estimated salary for this position is ₹6-8 Lacs per annum, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
