Overview

RailYatri, a leading intercity mobility platform, seeks an experienced Sales and Operations Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet or exceed monthly ticket sales targets through effective relationship management with travel agents
    • Onboard new agents and educate existing ones on RailYatri's B2B portal
  • Operations Excellence
    • Ensure timely boarding of passengers at designated points and guarantee the delivery of promised amenities on buses
    • Maintain high service performance standards, including customer ratings, NPS, on-time arrivals and departures
    • Foster strong relationships with bus operators and staff to resolve issues promptly
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹6-8 Lacs per annum, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
