Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹50-70 Lacs per annum, depending on experience.


Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, category, procurement, and distribution for assigned territories
  • Owning PnL of assigned territories, including volumes, revenue, and profitability
  • Develop expansion and scale-up strategies for the HORECA channel
  • Acquire new customers and benchmark competition
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and improve salesforce efficiency
  • Enhance customer metrics and experience within defined TAT
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize P&L for assigned territories

Required Skills and Qualifications

MBA with 4-6 years of experience in category/sales & distribution, preferably in FMCG or fresh business

Proven track record in HORECA/MT sales, business development, and owning PnL of assigned territories

Fluency in Telugu and English
