Salary
The estimated salary for this role is ₹50-70 Lacs per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
- Drive sales, category, procurement, and distribution for assigned territories
- Owning PnL of assigned territories, including volumes, revenue, and profitability
- Develop expansion and scale-up strategies for the HORECA channel
- Acquire new customers and benchmark competition
- Monitor and improve salesforce efficiency
- Enhance customer metrics and experience within defined TAT
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize P&L for assigned territories
Required Skills and Qualifications
MBA with 4-6 years of experience in category/sales & distribution, preferably in FMCG or fresh business
Proven track record in HORECA/MT sales, business development, and owning PnL of assigned territories
Fluency in Telugu and English
