Job Description: We are seeking a regional business development manager to lead our sales team in the Uttarakhand region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Role: As a regional business development manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the region. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales officers, distributors, and wholesalers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue growth in the region
• Manage a team of sales officers, distributors, and wholesalers to achieve sales targets
• Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: ₹100,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month (depending on experience)
