We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Ambassador to join our team, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities in the North-East region of India. By leveraging their expertise in consultative selling, they will identify and qualify leads, fostering strong relationships with existing customers and prospects alike.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base in North-East India.* Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, including homestay owners, hotel managers, cab drivers, guides, and other industry stakeholders.* Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective lead generation and booking processes.* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales approaches as needed to remain competitive.* Develop and maintain a comprehensive destination encyclopedia, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the tourism industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Canva, and Maps, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong English and Hindi language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local attractions and destinations in North-East India is a plus, and proficiency in local languages can be advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
**Estimated Salary Range:** ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
