About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the North East region, driving growth and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Footwear Industry and a working knowledge of the North East Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to meet overall value, category, and brand targets.
  • Ensure timely information sharing with Regional Managers for forecasting and product cuts/sizes planning.
  • Design and execute Go-to-Market plans, covering coverage, distribution, and display matrix, to ensure numeric and weighted distribution.
  • Monitor competition activities, assortment, margins, schemes, shopper, and consumer activations, and promotion effectiveness.
  • Foster best-in-class in-store activation for promotions, aligned with integrated marketing communication objectives.
  • Engage with channel partners to align short- and long-term objectives, ensuring high service levels and win-win arrangements.
  • Manage distributor relationships, settle customer claims, and review Terms of Trade to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain system hygiene, implement settlement procedures, and ensure adherence to weekly and monthly activities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in the local language of the North East region.
  • Prior experience in the Footwear Industry.
  • Working knowledge of the North East Area.
What We Offer

An estimated salary of ₹600,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
