Key Account Development Professional

Experience Destination seeks a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Guwahati. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing revenues through sales, assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel arrangements, and building systems to ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in sales or the tourism industry. They should be extremely comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Canva, Maps, and possess good presentation and communication skills. Excellent English and Hindi speaking skills are essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying leads, using a consultative approach to selling and creating new opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Coordinating tour itineraries with costing, including following up and re-editing as needed.
- Buidling relationships with local vendors such as homestay owners, hotel managers, cab drivers, guides, etc.
- Automating lead generation to booking processes through the development of effective systems.
- Increasing revenue for the firm through strategic sales efforts.
- Creating a destination encyclopedia to enhance knowledge of local attractions and destinations.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of ₹8 lakhs per annum, making this an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow their career in the tourism industry. Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or the tourism industry
- Excellent English and Hindi speaking skills
