About the Role

Vantage Circle is seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an experienced Client Success professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients to drive organic growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and requirements through regular communication and analysis.
  • Promote solutions that meet client objectives and expand existing relationships.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints while anticipating account changes and improvements.
  • Maintain effective communication between key clients and internal teams across geographies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Establish and manage budgets with clients and the company.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on account status within or outside the team.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account, or Customer Success roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior working experience in US shifts and US clients is an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct periodic health checks with clients through meetings and analyzing dashboards.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple Client Success projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills with logical thinking, goal-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-directed.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills along with networking and negotiation skills.
  • Able to analyze data and team statistics to provide better solutions.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot).
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and being an advocate for the client.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
