Job Description:
As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist at AccorHotel, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and revenue growth across our properties. Reporting directly to our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies that align with our hotel's objectives and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop tailored business development strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
- Continuously explore new revenue streams such as group bookings, events, packages, and ancillary services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews.
- Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Networking and Representation:
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish professional relationships.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Requirements:
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
