Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Professional to join our team at 2coms. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the protective coatings segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales objectives with desired business profitability.
  • Plan and execute territory strategies to achieve targets with sustained growth.
  • Develop sound technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and product capabilities.
  • Prioritize sales projections and inventory management to minimize non-saleable stocks.
  • Analyze competitor product lines and pricing strategies to stay ahead.
  • Negotiate effectively to maximize profits.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with end-users and accounts in the territory.
  • Stay informed about market developments, new projects, and emerging trends.
  • Continuously grow the customer base in a fluctuating market.
  • Manage outstanding issues in the territory.
  • Submit regular performance reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive growth and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc in Chemistry or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales of protective paints and coatings.
